we had a photographer come over yesterday to shoot some pictures of millie. jason thinks that it's a little bit ridiculous since i already have about a million pictures of her that i've taken myself. i tried to explain the difference between my snapshots and the experts working their magic... he's not exactly convinced yet (although he might change his mind after seeing the pictures from yesterday!).
i'm lucky enough to have a professional photographer in the family... unfortunately, she lives in michigan! so i found somebody here in the city to help us capture some of miss millie on film. she was pretty true to form... lots of serious looks and wide-eyed stares. a few smiles thrown in too...

ReplyDeleteBrian thinks professional pictures are silly too. However, I made a deal with him that if we don't do a 1st birthday party for Lenin then we can get professional pics for his 1st birthday. I'm pretty psyched! Now we just have to make sure he doesn't get any scratches or bruises on his face in the next few weeks from his attempts at walking :)
